FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS​

How much is a logo?

Please click on "View All Services" to see how much each service is. ALL PRICES ARE STARTING PRICES. If you want additional features that are not included in the service, you will be charged an additional $5 fee per add on.

When am I going to get my logo?

You should expect to receive up to three versions of your logo within two days. All websites and package deals will take up to two weeks. Please choose a due date that falls within this timeframe. DO NOT book a service and expect it the following day or day of.

I don't have any ideas. Can you just make it look cute?

Although I love using my own creativity, you must provide ideas or some type of vision for your service. When you book, please provide ideas OR what you would like included in your service. Also, please send any pictures, sketches, or images for inspiration through text, instant messaging (Instagram) or email.

Can you make character illustrations?

No. I only provide a '3D Realistic Illustration' service which includes basic objects. I do not do hand drawn illustrations of faces or full body.

Do you print business cards?

No. I ONLY provide 'Business Card Design' services. I do not print business cards.

Do you have package deals?

Yes. Please view the package deals I offer here.

How many revisions can I get?

For all of my services, I will send updates through text, email or through instant messaging (whichever one you prefer). I do this so that you can approve of the service during the process and to avoid starting from scratch. I will revise a service up to three times. After that, it will be a $5 fee per additional revision.

How do I pay my deposit?

All deposit amounts are indicated in the booking details. Please read thoroughly and carefully. Deposits can be paid through Zelle, CashApp or PayPal. I also will accept cash payments and payments through Stripe. Zelle payments can be sent to my phone number at 317-987-6486, CashApp payments can be sent to $SierraHaw and PayPal payments can be sent to sierralhawthorne@gmail.com.

How can I pay my deposit on Zelle or CashApp?

Choose "Pay in Person" to book your service and then send deposit payments through either Zelle (317-987-6486) or CashApp ($SierraHaw).

How do the deposit payments work?

After you book your service(s), you must send your deposit indicated in the booking details within 24 hours or your booking will automatically be canceled.​ For example, for a basic Text Logo Design -- the full price of the service is $35. You must send a $15 deposit to one of the payment options and will not need to send the remaining amount of $20 until the service(s) is approved by you and is completed. Please do not send the full payment. Once the deposit is sent --- NO REFUNDS will be issued. You will also receive an invoice in an email so please provide your current email.
